El CBD es un sector regulado. Ningún chatbot puede hacer claims terapéuticos — ni decir que "cura", "trata" o "alivia" nada.
Al mismo tiempo, los clientes necesitan orientación real: qué producto elegir, cómo usarlo, qué concentración.
Un error en el lenguaje puede suponer una sanción.
Necesitaban un asistente que sepa mucho y hable con cuidado.

Un chatbot con IA (Claude Haiku) que conoce todo el catálogo, responde preguntas con conocimiento profundo de CBD, y puede añadir productos al carrito directamente vía integración Shopify.
Doble capa de seguridad: un modelo Grok actúa como guardrail legal, verificando que ninguna respuesta contenga claims terapéuticos.
Cart Hallucination Gate: detecta cuando la IA dice "añadido al carrito" pero Shopify no ejecutó la acción. Corrige automáticamente.
